Annual Support

For medium sized organisations we offer fixed term contracts tailored to your requirements:

Annual Charge:  Fixed yearly charge.
Budget:  Knowing the annual spend
Cost of Coverage:  Varies according to the level of support required
Response times:  Your choice and variable dependent on importance
Equipment:  As required and covered by location

Pay As You Go

For smaller companies we offer the Pay As You Go scheme:

The Plan:  Buy 10 hour support packs in advance
Process:  Call this off whenever it is needed
Support Provided:  Onsite, Remote Access, Telephone, E-mail
Travel time:  One hour each way free of charge
Visiting Time:  Minimum of one hour for each call out
Renewal:  When 2 hours left, 10 hours are purchased
